Who am I
Hello! I'm Sara Torres, I have a degree in International Relations and an MBA in Management and Marketing.
A former federated fencer, I developed several skills in the health area, with a specialization in Food and Clinical Dietetics, Sports Nutrition and Anti-aging, and was responsible for promoting medical and aesthetic equipment in Portugal and Angola. I was responsible for several implementation and brand management projects.
I was in charge of projects as Marketing & Communication Director of a Luxury Lifestyle magazine, on newsstands in Portugal and Angola. Also a Real Estate Agency and "Caça Talentos" in the real estate sector.
In 2018 I had a fortnightly segment on television, on Kuriakos TV, on the Conversa de Mulheres program: “Saúde à Mesa”.
For a few years now, I have been responsible for managing several social networks and paid traffic for several clients in different areas.
And I am co-founder of By Couture Eventos, which, as the name suggests, specializes in tailor-made events, from private parties (birthdays, baptisms, baby showers, etc.) to themed parties and corporate events.
Furthermore, I have developed a global specialist anti-aging brand, proven for more than three decades, which has passionately sought to create products and resources to help the world find its way to future beauty.
And I'm the blogger of Miss Chia, a blog dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and biohacking (controlling our body), with lots of recipes, tips on careful eating, supplementation, beauty, well-being and anti-aging.
